Currently specializing in new houses big and small from design to oversight during construction. Steven Beaucher and Katharine Lea each have over ten years of experience desiging building types ranging from schools to fire stations to office buildings to bio-medical research facilities.

Renovation / Additions Design
Including Residential/Commercial Additions, Loft Build-outs, Commercial/Storefront fit-out, Master Suites, Kitchens/Bathrooms.

Design / Build
Saving time & money on up-front design, Design/Build lends itself to fast track and "work-in-progress" projects. BEAUCHER & LEA architecture works with clients and contractors directly and creates designs as construction is occurring, issuing phased design packages as needed. Each Design/Build project is specifically tailored.

Construction Management
Assembly of the "build team" of contractors and fabricators and suppliers; Selection and oversight of contractors during construction.

Contractor Recommendations & Selection
BEAUCHER & LEA architecture has strong working relationships with quality contractors and subcontractors as well as the experience to interview prospective contractors and recommend the right people for the job.

Product Selection & Procurement
Selection of all products needed for a project from windows to light fixtures; Review and evaluation of pros/cons of various products; Procurement of products from suppliers; coordination of delivery to project site.

Coordination of Professional Consultants
BEAUCHER & LEA architecture brings years of experience working with and bringing on board Land Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Landscape Architects, Civil Engineers and other professionals needed for each specific job. BEAUCHER & LEA has working relationships with consultants that can benefit new clients.

Coordination of Specialty Contractors
Landscape Contractors, Asbestos Abatement Contractors, Finish Carpenters & Cabinet Makers, Alarm System Installers. BEAUCHER & LEA has working relationships with specialty contractors.

Condominium Documents
Preparation of stamped architectural plans required for filing with Registry of Deeds in the state of Massachusetts. BEAUCHER & LEA architecture is associated with a Massachusetts attorney who can provide/review condominium master deeds, declarations of trust and by-laws.
