BEAUCHER & LEA architecture brings years of experience working with and bringing on board Land Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Landscape Architects, Civil Engineers and other professionals needed for each specific job. Coordination of Specialty Contractors

Condominium Documents
Preparation of stamped architectural plans required for filing with Registry of Deeds in the state of Massachusetts. BEAUCHER & LEA architecture is associated with a Massachusetts attorney who can provide/review condominium master deeds, declarations of trust and by-laws.
