Working directly for the developer, Steven Beaucher & Katharine Lea provided design drawings to facilitate the complete gut renovation (including new kitchens and bathrooms) of three existing rental units into three market rate condominiums. Project included the reconfiguration of century old floor plans into modern configurations including the addition of a new master suite and new full bathroom into each unit.
