Newton Centre Residence Additions & Renovation
Newton Centre, Massachusetts
BEAUCHER & LEA architecture directed the renovation and enlargement of an 80 year old home for a family of four. The project included two new two-story additions with new first floor kitchen and garage and second floor master suite. The main living spaces, originally located on the front of the house, were redirected away from the noise of a busy street towards a backyard deck framed by the new addition. The project included a new and expanded kitchen, renovations of two bathrooms, new master suite with walk-in shower, as well as new replacement windows throughout the house and new air conditioning systems.
