Newton Centre Residence Additions & Renovation
Newton Centre, Massachusetts
BEAUCHER & LEA architecture directed the renovation and enlargement of an 80 year old home for a family of four. The project included two new two-story additions with a new first floor kitchen and garage and second floor master suite and additional bedroom/ office. The main living spaces, originally located on the front of the house, were redirected away from the noise of a busy street towards a backyard deck framed by the new addition. The project included a new and expanded kitchen, renovations of two bathrooms, new master suite with walk-in shower, as well as new replacement windows throughout the house and a new air conditioning system.
