Phillips Exeter Academy Faculty Home Exeter, New Hampshire BEAUCHER & LEA architecture provided designs for the total renovation of a century old single family residence on the prestigious Academy's campus. The designs will allow the house to be updated for use by a faculty member and his/her family with a modern kitchen, bathrooms, replacement windows as well as all new plumbing, electrical, heating and fire alarm systems.
