Kendall Square Kitchen & Bath

BEAUCHER & LEA provided designs, coordinated finish selection as well as diligent construction administration for the gut renovation of an existing kitchen, dining room and full bathroom in a 200 year old home in Cambridge's Kendall Square neighborhood. Special attention was paid to incorporating a modern 21st century layout into a compact 18th century shell on a modest budget. During the project structural improvements were required to bring the 200 year old post and time frame into compliance with current structural codes. Project also included replacement of existing boiler and the installation of new multi-zone air conditioning systems.
