The new powder room, tucked away between the stair and the office is a new space. The existing brick wall was exposed to create an accent wall at the end of the space. Careful coordination of fixtures such as the unit sink and a wall-mounted faucet was undertaken to create and efficient urban space.

The mirror-mounted faucet set combines efficiency with elegance and functions to conserve space in an urban powder room.

Second floor hallway area with new stair railing and new doors. New built-in wine cooler and bar top on right is easily accessible from the master suite and from the stairs to the roof deck.
