Steven J Beaucher and Katharine A Lea each have over 12 years of experience designing, detailing, and overseeing the construction of a wide range of architectural projects ranging from $100K to $100M in construction cost. Their experience includes new construction and renovation of single family homes, condominium conversions, loft fit-outs, custom kitchens, athletic facilities, commercial spaces, libraries, police/fire stations, pharmaceutical research laboratories, and mixed-use multi-family residences. Steven & Katharine each hold there professional licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Steven Beaucher oversees the firm's office in Cambridge, while Katharine Lea oversees the firm's "Southern Practice" in the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains. As well, Katharine Lea is currently pursuing a Masters of Building Science / Sustainable Technology Degree at Appalachian State University.
